As Director of Capital Markets at Gemdale USA Corporation, Chandler leads and supports project capitalization efforts for Gemdale’s U.S. portfolio. To date he’s closed over $3 billion in debt and equity transactions of which $900 million has been at the firm. In addition to capital markets, he is co-leading the development and implementation of Gemdale’s ESG policy. Prior to this role he was a member of Gemdale’s Southern California acquisition and asset management team focusing on ground-up, mixed-use, office, and multi-family investments.

Prior to Gemdale, Chandler was an associate at Gantry, the largest independent intermediary in the U.S. placing complex capitalization structures for family office and institutional CRE investors. Prior to this he worked in investment banking at CNL Financial Group, performing strategic investment analysis for new fund launches and joint-venture opportunities.

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute where he holds several leadership positions including Co-Chair for the Americas Young Leader Steering Committee and actively sits on the Los Angeles District Advisory Board.
