Ms. Yujia Pan has been an accredited China attorney in the legal industry for more than twenty-five years. Prior to joining Gemdale Corporation (Group), Ms. Pan was a Partner of a Chinese law firm. She has extensive experience in IPOs, with a focus on China- based enterprises listed on the stock exchanges located in Mainland China, HK SAR, USA and Singapore. She also specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions of private and public companies, including privatizations and hostile takeovers of publicly listed companies; cross-border investments and acquisitions; corporate restructuring; and private equity financing and investment; and other matters.

Ms. Pan first joined the Gemdale Corporation within the Gemdale Group, where she served as a Managing Director/Chief Legal Counsel of the Legal Department in Gemdale Corporation. Gemdale Corposraion is the parent company of Gemdale USA. Ms. Pan was appointed as Manager of Legal Affairs Department of Gemdale USA in 2017 in order to strengthen the legal division of Gemdale USA. This role places Ms. Pan in charge of the operation of Legal Affairs Department, supporting the Chairman and Gemdale USA with any major legal matters related to finance, investment, projects, property development and acquisitions.

Ms. Pan’s educational background includes a LL.M in International Law, Washington University in St Louis, St. Louis, Missouri; Masters of Law in Business and Corporate Law, University of International Business and Economics, Beijing, China.
