Muqing Liu serves as an Assistant Construction Manager in Gemdale USA’s Seattle office since 2021. He joined Gemdale as Assistant Manager of Operations in Gemdale USA’s New York Office in 2020.

Prior to joining Gemdale, Dr. Liu worked as a Senior Associate for real estate development, corporate M&A, and infrastructure investment at Strategic Capital from 2015 to 2020. He worked as a consultant on transport projects for the World Bank from 2013 to 2014.

Dr. Liu holds a Ph.D. in Construction Management, an M.S. in Operations Research, an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University in the city of New York, and a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from Nankai University, China.
