Howard Chung is an Executive Director at Gemdale USA, where he is responsible for origination and execution of financing transactions across the firm’s development and investment portfolio, and he has successfully closed over $21 billion in acquisitions and capital raising transactions across the US, China, and broader Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Gemdale USA, Howard worked in real estate private equity at Barings and Versity, development at Lendlease, real estate investment trust at Healthpeak Properties, and investment banking at Barclays, Nomura, and Lehman Brothers. Howard holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
