Jonathan Law is Director of Development at Gemdale USA, where he is responsible for managing ground-up development projects in Los Angeles, California. 

Prior to joining Gemdale USA, Mr. Law successfully developed a pipeline of over 850 multi-family units, primarily in Los Angeles and Oakland. He has over 15 years of real estate experience with expertise in lifecycle development of ground-up and value-add assets.  Previously Mr. Law was Vice President of Development with Bond Companies and RIAZ Capital. 

Mr. Law holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University, and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University. In addition, he is a LEED AP and Licensed Broker in the State of California.
