Robert Dicker serves as a Director of Acquisitions for Gemdale USA. He is responsible for all parts of the acquisition process and asset management in Gemdale USA’s New York office, where the firm pursues investment opportunities in the New York City, Boston, and Washington DC metro regions. Mr. Dicker also works closely with Gemdale USA’s Development team to help guide each project’s success.

Prior to joining Gemdale USA, Mr. Dicker worked as a Senior Associate for Cushman & Wakefield, working on investment sales and structured debt and equity transactions. Mr. Dicker worked on over $2.5 billion in transaction volume, primarily in the New York City tri-state region, across multifamily rental, residential condominium, office, retail, and hotel assets ranging from core to opportunistic strategies. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Dicker began his real estate career at Brickman Real Estate, a real estate private equity firm primarily focusing on value-add and opportunistic residential and office investments.

Mr. Dicker holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Cornell University.
