A senior real estate development professional with in-depth experience in all facets of real estate development including expertise in land use, design, entitlement processing, market analysis, construction, and community relations. With over twenty-five years of real estate development and construction experience throughout California he has lead entitlement efforts on projects ranging from master planned urban infill communities to a 500-megawatt solar power plant. He has provided leadership to design and construction teams developing a vast array of product types including luxury high rise, mixed use residential, office, commercial and retail.  Mr. Sutton received his Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco. Between receiving his undergraduate degree and law degree, he worked in public affairs managing political campaigns and government outreach.
