Stew Cedarleaf serves as the Managing Director for Northern California Acquisitions. He leads the company’s acquisition and disposition activity across Northern California and plays a key role in capital markets, leasing, and overall investment strategy. Prior to joining Gemdale USA, Stew had his own consulting practice where he focused on acquisitions, development, and financial analysis for real estate developers and investors. Mr. Cedarleaf brings over 15 years of real estate experience to the team, having held positions at Prologis Inc., FivePoint Holdings, Poly Global, and the real estate practice at EY. He has been directly involved in over $10 billion of transactions, ranging from small single asset investments to entity-level mergers and acquisitions.

Stew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a licensed real estate salesperson in California.
