Lisa Colacurcio is Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets Management at Gemdale USA Corporation, where she is responsible for strategic direction of the asset management business and establishing joint ventures and third-party investment vehicles.

Prior to joining Gemdale USA, Ms. Colacurcio has served in leadership capacities in
Europe, Asia, and the US, executing over USD2bn in real estate transactions. She has established and managed multiple real estate funds and joint ventures internationally. Ms. Colacurcio has over 25 years’ experience in real estate investing and previously Ms. Colacurcio held positions at Paladin Realty Partners, UBS Wealth Management Real Estate, Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, as well as running her own investment vehicle, Lumiere Capital LLC.

Ms. Colacurcio holds a BA and MA from Cornell University, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
