Gemdale USA proudly sponsored the Gemdale USA Pro Open tennis tournament from March 11th to 17th, bringing nearly 100 aspiring men and women professional tennis players from all over the world to the Arcadia Tennis Center, located just outside of Los Angeles.

The Gemdale USA Pro Open is part of the new ITF World Tour, which serves as a stepping stone to players entering the world of professional tennis. Moreover, the tournament was operated for the benefit of Let’s Teach, a local non-profit organization which provides free and low cost tennis instruction to low income and special needs youth.

Gemdale Corporation is an active supporter of the sport of tennis globally and is proud to have been recently selected as the winning bidder of the most prestigious event of the WTA calendar, the WTA Finals from 2019 through 2028 in Gemdale Corporation’s headquarters city of Shenzhen, China (ending the tournament’s five-year stretch in Singapore). The arrival of the WTA Finals in Shenzhen is considered a significant milestone for Chinese tennis, as well as the city of Shenzhen, which will be staging this important WTA Finals Tournament from October 27th to November 3rd of 2019.
