George Kruse serves as the Managing Director of Acquisitions at Gemdale USA Corporation. He is responsible for the East Coast development pipeline for multi-family and Life Sciences asset classes.

Prior to joining Gemdale USA George spent the past ten years as First Vice President of Multifamily Development for Equity Residential in the New York and Boston areas. The prior 20 years Mr. Kruse was a leader of Multifamily development for Toll Brothers Inc., Fortress Investment group, and Forest City Enterprises where he was responsible for managing the development process from identifying sites, obtaining entitlements, and designing the product to construction completion for thousands of multifamily units.

George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and a Masters Degree in Real estate Finance from New York University.
